I’m attracted to that aromatic sensation of ocean air, Mediterranean fruits, shellfish, sand, and sea water that you get when you drink white wines. Our ‘Albus’ is made from 100% Alvarinho (Portuguese version of Albariño) grapes. It is grown in a single vineyard in the Columbia Gorge. We soaked this wine on its skins for 2 days, giving the 2022 vintage impressive weight..
