THe POWER ⚡️ of OLD VINES

The quest to plant a wide variety of grapes on both sides of the mighty Columbia River was all the rage in the 1970’s. At the suggestion of Dr. Walter Clore, these own rooted Cabernet Sauvignon vines were planted on the Oregon side of the Columbia Gorge west of The Dalles. This vineyard was planted in 1978.
