I’m a sucker for white wines and Rhône whites are right up there at the top of my “fav” list. In the world of fine wine, grapes like Gewurztraminer, Riesling, and Viognier also has a perception problem. At DIONYSTIC, we love a good fight. This single vineyard sourced Viognier is one of the oldest in the Willamette Valley. Fermented in neutral French oak and elevage in Acacia puncheons, our “Grillet” is and ode to the Condrieu AOC.
