I just love the depths of flavors, history, and knowledge contained within Italian wines. With our 2022 ‘Ciliegia’ we have co-fermented whole cluster the early ripening Italian grapes Aleatico, Brachetto, Ciliegiolo, Primitivo, and Vernacchia . We aged our wine for 26 months in neutral French oak barrels and then bottled unfined (Vegan) and unfiltered. The resulting wine is an explosion of bing cherries and roses.
