2022 Ordeaux 'Rare Clones' 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
We’ve been working with this fruit since the 2018 vintage and it continues to impress. Like 2018, the Cabernet Sauvignon was a stunner. The 2022 vintage is dominated by our “Rare Clones” of Cabernet. Yes, clones do matter as does place and people. The wine is a gorgeous dark garnet color with layers and layers of smoked paprika, river stone, dust, blackberries, and roses. Unfined (vegan). Unfiltered. Low Sulfur.
